Shop App Shows Delivery Issues

We always recommend to track your package directly on the carrier website instead of the Shop App as this app notoriously gives incorrect tracking updates & estimates.


USPS, UPS, and DHL will always provide the most accurate up to date information. 


Ex:

Shop App can show delivery failure, but USPS tracking website will show that it is still in transit.
