My order was marked as delivered but not received, what can I do?

Packages marked as delivered but not actually received do happen on occasion and are typically associated with clerical issues within the carrier. Usually packages will arrive within 2-3 business days from the initial delivery update without any action required of the receiver. Please check in with your neighbors (if safe to do so) and contact your local shipping carrier hub for further details. If you are unable to find a solution with your shipping carrier, please submit a ticket to us.
