All orders placed Monday through Friday before 7:30AM PT will be packed and shipped that day. Orders placed after 9:00AM PT will be shipped the following day.
If you have received tracking information that shows no update, please allow 2-3 business days to update from when you receive your tracking information. There have been cases where the carrier has missed their initial scan but the order is in transit.
